I have been privileged to be a client of Jacque’s coaching practice for a number of months. I originally met Jacque when she worked with my then organization as part of a consulting team providing TTI Insights training. 

Having been impressed by her personal warmth, intelligence, and exceptional ability to communicate, it was an easy decision to retain Jacque’s services to consult with me on a series of challenges I was encountering in my current organization. In a series of focused sessions, usually held at 2–3-week intervals, Jacque has been able to help me determine the root of the issues that I have been contending with and, perhaps most importantly, what role I have played in either creating or perpetuating them, or both. I have found this candid aspect of her approach, along with her almost superhuman ability to actually both listen and comprehend, to be the key drivers of her effectiveness.
